The MSBA and the City of Peabody collaborated on an addition and renovation to the existing William A. Welch Elementary School. The project includes improvements and expansion of the art and music programs and development of a student and parent-led world language program. The school serves 408 students in kindergarten through grade 5. The school spans 59,025 square feet and was completed in February 2024.
